This committee coordinates the annual Consumer College. If you are interested in organizing community events then this committee is for you.
This committee is responsible for all consumer protection related information. If you enjoy educating others and or learning about ways to protect consumers from fraud and abuse, then this committee is for you.
This committee is responsible for all public relations and community outreach. If you enjoy education others about our council and updating the community on SALT activities, then this committee is for you.

The Chatham County SALT Council represents a cooperative effort between seniors in the community, law enforcement, AARP, and professionals in the aging field. The Council acts as an advocacy/advisory group and provides a forum for the exchange of information for the purpose of crime prevention and safety of seniors.
